Hi, I’m EWAN,

A bit about me;

-I have been a strength coach/online coach for the last 10+ years

-Formerly competitive in powerlifting and functional fitness, and currently compete in strongman

-Huge fan of Pokemon and Soreen bars

I completely fell in love with strongman a few years back and I owe a lot of that to the athletes and coaches you will meet at ESC. Welcoming, friendly and incredibly supportive, I instantly felt part of the community, which is exactly what to expect here at ESC.

I’m always up for a laugh in the gym and more than happy to offer some guidance so come and say hi!
