Hi, I’m Hope,

Hope is the boss at ESC, an accomplished cross fitter turned Strongwoman, she currently holds the title of Scotland’s Strongest Natural woman. Hope is a psychologist by day and took on running the gym in 2025 as a passion project with a vision of growing it to be sustainable and growing the sport. She has the best fringe in the sport.
