5 events, mixed teams of 4 (2 men, 2 women), the title of Scotlands Strongest Gym.
Winner will be the first on the Scotlands Strongest Gym shield and have the opportunity to host the competition in 2027.
Cash Prizes of £150/100/50 for 1st/2nd/3rd respectively.
